Ramadan 2020 will begin on April 23, a holy month just before celebrating the festival of Eid al-Fitr which marks the end of 30 day fasting period. As Ramadan is all to do with fasting and abstinence between 12 to 24 hours, we bring to you some of the guidelines that shall keep one charged and going, by keeping self-health in best of state and hydrated. Many people face fatigue and dizziness due to long hours of fasting, but not the ones who include food items from these five food groups.
